Key Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming lessons following the Penguin Swim School curriculum
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers during lessons
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to students
- Track student progress and development
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding performance and improvement
Assistant Swim Coach
Part-timeAssistant Swim Coaches support lead instructors while gaining valuable teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lesson preparation and delivery
- Support swimmer safety during classes
- Help students practise techniques and build confidence
- Assist lead coaches in managing class flow
