The Swim Team Prep Programme at Penguin Swim School is the final stage in the SSI swim syllabus. It is tailored for advanced swimmers who are preparing for competitive swim training or swim team trials. These premium swim lessons in Singapore focus on refining all strokes, improving endurance, perfecting starts and turns, and customising workouts for race readiness. Every session is structured according to the internationally recognised SSI (Scuba Schools International) curriculum, with a strong emphasis on technique, pacing, and stamina. Workouts can be customised depending on the swimmer’s goals, strengths, and competition calendar.
