Our Prenatal Swimming Programme is designed exclusively for expectant mothers in Singapore who want to stay active, reduce pregnancy discomfort, and prepare their bodies for childbirth – in a safe, low-impact environment.
We offer private and small group prenatal swimming classes to suit your needs and comfort level. All sessions are 45 minutes and conducted at temperature-controlled indoor pools or approved private venues.

Privately-Formed Small Group Sessions (Max 3 pax)
These sessions are billed per 4-session package
2 pax group: $220 per person (4 sessions)

Our sessions are led by certified instructors (both male and female), trained in SwimSafer and SSI frameworks, and tailored to each trimester. We prioritise gentle pacing, emotional support, and safety at all times.
We currently offer prenatal swim sessions in selected private pools across Singapore and are working with partner venues to expand availability. Have access to a condo or private pool? Our coaches can come to your venue for 1-to-1 or small group sessions, subject to safety and suitability checks.
Who Are Your Coaches?
Our prenatal swim instructors include both male and female certified coaches who are trained in swimming and pre/postnatal care.
All coaches are First Aid and CPR/AED certified
